A gold-medalist in engineering and an M.Tech from IIT Bombay, Rasikraman Das has been a monk for over 1.5 decades now. He is the Founder Director of the InPlug Academy and  a visiting faculty at NMIMS, Mumbai for Indian Knowledge Systems. 

He has completed his certification as a Corporate Trainer from IIT Roorkee, where he stood as the National topper among 1000 participants.

He regularly conducts leadership and life skills workshops for students and working professionals and has spoken at prestigious colleges such as NMIMS, J.J. Medical College, Nair Medical College etc. and corporates such as Ernst & Young, HPCL, Tata Motors, Shapurji Palonji, CTR Manufacturing etc. He has rich experience of coaching top level Corporates leaders, based on principles of Bhagavad Gita.
