A gold-medalist in engineering and an M.Tech from IIT Bombay, Rasikraman Das has been a monk for over a decade now. He is the Founder Director of the InPlug Academy. He has also played a pivotal role in developing the Bhaktivedanta Research Center which is a Center for studies in Philosophy formally affiliated to Mumbai University.

He regularly conducts leadership and life skills workshops for students and working professionals and has spoken at prestigious colleges such as NMIMS, J.J. Medical College, Nair Medical College etc. and corporates such as Ernst & Young, HPCL, Tata Motors, Shapurji Palonji, CTR Manufacturing etc. He has rich experience of coaching top level Corporates leaders, based on principles of Bhagavad Gita.
